Cedar Plank

The folks at Green Flash know their hops and make awesome beers.

We dedicate Day 34 of ’50 Miles in 50 Days’ to Cedar Plank a beer from their Hop Odyssey limited release series.

It starts out with a base of 30th Street Pale Ale and gets aged with Spanish cedar. The result is excellent.

Hats off to all the good people in San Diego at Green Flash for what they do… we’re certainly fans!
