A Call to Arms in the South Bay

We’ve been so wrapped up in the Giants postseason run and now that the World Series and the parade are over, it’s time to keep the party going into the weekend.

The Famous return to the South Bay on Friday night at the Britannia Arms in Cupertino.  The Metro just wrote a nice take on the band to preview the show…

South Bay promoter extraordinaire Barb Rocks has put together a stellar lineup of alt-country bands. So if twang is your thang, you won’t want to miss it.

The Famous wrap up the night featuring San Jose’s country rockers the Careless Hearts plus Dynamite Truck and The Devil’s Sunday Best kicking things off.

Plus, it’s the last chance to catch us this year on Southern turf as our next few shows take us back to the Northern regions of the Bay.

The whole World Series experience got us thinking back to the Giants Brewfest we played in May, which was actually the same night Buster Posey was called up to the big team.
