UFO Sighting

A 12-ounce UFO has been spotted during this Day 18 of ’50 Miles in 50 Days.’

Harpoon Brewery has many versions of their UFO (UnFiltered Offering) wheat beer and we’re celebrating getting beyond the one-third mark of our 50 day journey with one.

The ‘Big Squeeze’ is our favorite — a grapefruit shandy so refreshing that you’ll pound nine of them without even thinking.

The White ale (pictured) is what we’re downing right now before getting back on the journey to Firebaugh.

One day we’ll have to make a proper trip to Harpoon’s home in Boston, but until then we’ll keep hoisting glasses of the UFO here in California.
